How fast will I get my media?
Photos and floor plans are delivered within 24 hours of the shoot. Video and virtual staging arrive within 48 hours for individual listing shoots.
I'm not comfortable on camera. Will that be a problem?
Not at all. We’ll review the script with you beforehand, keep it natural and direct you one line at a time. Most agents are done in a few minutes and like the result more than they expected.
What's the difference between listing media and the Signature Series?
Listing media markets one property. The Signature Series markets you: regular videos that build your name with buyers and sellers between listings.
How does the Signature Momentum commitment work?
Momentum is a 3-month program at $1,600 per month. You can prepay or keep a card on file for monthly auto-charge. We plan, script and film each month's content with you.
What if it rains on shoot day?
If weather prevents a safe shoot or drone flight, we reschedule at no extra charge.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours of the shoot may carry a fee.
How do I book and pay?
Book any time on our booking page. Invoices are sent on delivery, and full-resolution files unlock once the invoice is paid. Half-day and full-day content shoots require a 50% deposit.
Who owns the photos and videos?
You get a license to use listing media to market that property for as long as it's listed. See our Terms for the details.
